4. Subscription Services

• Direct-to-Consumer Subscriptions:

  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Cancellations must be made [5 days] before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

• Delivery and Pickup:

  • Delivery is available to designated areas within a 15-mile radius for free, and beyond for a fee.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and to inform us of any delivery changes. 

  • delivery days are subject to change based on holidays.

 

5. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Cash.

• Payments for subscriptions and bulk orders are processed securely.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

•  Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective products, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. 

• Subscription cancellations after a billing cycle begins will not be refunded. Cancellations are processed the same day, you must cancel or pause subscriptions 14 days before the next debit. 

7. Health Disclaimer

Our products are fresh, organic, and grown under safe conditions with certified food handlers.

• Ruff Urban Farms is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to allergies or improper handling/storage after delivery. Customers should thoroughly wash produce before consuming.
